How did you manage to organize the project because this is your first one?
Trainer Ionut – Yes, this is my first project and I must say that I got a lot of help from FORTRES’s main staff like Florin, Volodea and Marius.
Trainer Bogdan- Being the first project in which I help with the well-being of the participants, all I can say is that it’s hard but worth every second of the struggle
Host participant Andreea- It is indeed my first project I take a part of and also a fair share of responsibility for the organization of it. Although my experience was limited I felt the support coming from all the participants.
Why did you choose this particular topic?
Trainer Ionut – Because I think that even informatics can be taught in a non-formal way.
Trainer Bogdan- My love for the IT, obviously I think nowadays if you don’t keep track with the IT field, you will be left outside
Host participant Andreea- IT is a wide and very diverse field full of opportunities for the young generations.
How do you think you’re doing so far?
Trainer Ionut – I think that things so far are working pretty good and we work together to check our goals
Trainer Bogdan- So far, so good!
Host participant Andreea- I’m very happy with how it turned out so far, the participants are so keen to learn and we feel like we are getting closer and closer to reaching the project’s aim.
Do you get feedback from the group?
Trainer Ionut – Yes, all of them were good and gave constructive criticism that helped us make things better.
Trainer Bogdan-Yes, I do believe that the feedback gives me the motivation to continue .
Host participant Andreea- The feedback has been amazing so far. We do appreciate every piece of advice and we try to do our best for the sake of the project.
Will you continue hosting projects of this kind?
Trainer Ionut – I would really like to continue because these type of projects can help the youth in the future
Trainer Bogdan-We hope we will get to host as many projects as possible.
Host participant Andreea-Yes, definitely ! The passion that I see coming from the whole group is our motivation to keep going with projects like this one.
And most importantly are you having fun while teaching and learning?
Trainer Ionut – The best thing is that us, the trainers really love what we teach and we try to make it as fun as it can be.
Trainer Bogdan-Oh yes, I am having lots of fun, people are amazing, the vibe is great and the level of positive energy is up the roof and I love it!
Host participant Andreea- Yes, I had a lot of fun. I think that the best thing about it is that you get to learn things in an outside-of-the-box fashion while meeting a great share of wonderful people
